Introduction: This research work evaluated the effect of oral administration of three doses of alcoholic propolis solution on zootechnical indices (weight gain, growth rate and feed conversion), morbidity rate, mortality rate and the cost/benefit ratio in weaned piglets. Methodology: 40 weaned piglets from four mothers (10% of the population) were used. The experimental design used was the completely randomized experimental design, the treatments (T) were a control or witness (T0) and a dose of 0.5 ml (T1), 1 ml (T2) and 2 ml (T3) of alcoholic propolis solution at 30% concentration. Statistical analysis was performed with the tests: analysis of variance (ANOVA) and DUNCAN's mean difference. Results: indicated with 95% reliability (p < 0.05) statistically significant differences between treatments, which were in favor of the administration of 2 ml of alcoholic solution of propolis (T3), achieving greater weight gain, average daily gain, feed conversion and benefit/cost ratio. Mortality and morbidity were not recorded during the experiment. Discussion: The cost benefit ratio was 1.47 (T0), 1.72 (T1), 1.67 (T2) and 1.82 (T3). It can be asserted that the treatment with 2 ml produces the best cost-benefit ratio.
